Long Post!

I've been working a lot the past month which meant I could buy a lot of stuff. This is what I accumulated this month. I'm still waiting for a bunch of stuff to arrive and I'll be ordering some more :D

Left; OPI I'm Indi-a mood for love, from the India collection. Just great, took a week to chip off without using any base or topcoat. I just had to apply two coats to achieve the exact colour of the bottle.

Right; Chanel Vernis in Miami Peach. I had been eying this for a couple of days. Its a pigmented peach with gold an orange flecks.

Top; Clinique supermoisture foundation. I had tried a sample of this and loved it. I've got combination to dry skin so event tough I use moisturizer prior to foundation it dries out my skin. This foundation however claims to leave your skin moisturized and fresh after cleansing the foundation off. It did so however, the more I used it the lessmy skin seemed to be fresh. Coverage is quite sheer, it kinda feels like a tinted moisturizer. lasting power is not bad but not great either. Can't really compare this to my hg studio fix. What's worse in regards this foundation sis the colors available. I've been paired to 06-neutral (I'm nc25), and it still looks a tad too pink on me. After this one, I'm gonna try estee lauder double wear.

Bottom; Dior skinflash radiance booster in 003.
I was aiming to get this or YSL touche eclat. After a lot of reviews I was convinced by The Muse to get this one. I'm glad I finally got it. Greatness in a pen! It ain't a concelear. It just reflects the light. One swipe under my eyes and I look like I've had 10 hours of sleep.

Miss sixty fragrance
An impulse buy which turns out to be the scent I most reach out for. It's fruity enough for summer but lighter than the Dkny's Be Delicious

Zara bag which I'm overusing for work.
Bring tassels back!!

Miss selfridge heels

I too jumped on the sephora holder bandwagon and made my own .
I'm still aiming to get the Mac tool belt once I get more brushes.

I also got a Clinique brush cleanser since my mac one is out. It turns out to be better than Mac's. First off it has a spray nozzle, so there won't be drippings anymore and less products get used while cleaning brushes. Most importantly it is far less time consuimng than mac's as all I do is spray on the dirty brushes, work it in the bristles and wash them under luke warm water. Tada, no rubbing them on towels like I used to with my mac's. It also cleaned them far better than the mac one. For instance my 182 let out a great deal of black dye when I used clinique's for the first time. This definitely gets my approval.

Left; Essie in Marshmallow which is great for American manicures as it ain't stark white.(way too washed out with flash)

Right; Orly top 2 bottom. Love this. Makes me want more orly!

Miss selfridge dress which looks way too boring, but it's pretty irl. I'm getting soooo into body cons lately. I guess I'm seeing way too much of kim k haha.

The best thing of all.. I got my very first Juicy Couture bag! I was so unsure whether to purchase it or not but I'm so glad I did. Money well spent :) I'm already addicted to juicy. The quality is far more amzing than I imagined it would be. I finally understand all the juicy hype :D More More MORE!!

Another haul post

Feels like I got these ages ago. I received them a couple of days after my last post. I've been way to busy to post.
The seller also gave me NYX and revlon lippies as freebies.
I'm so digging the tendertones! warm smile smells amazing, like chocolate ice cream.
I'm also loving russian red and poison pen which I finally!! managed to get.

And surprise surprise, I finally received my everyday minerals sample kit after a month. I totally hate the foundations, I tried them on their own and looked way to cakey, tried them with fix+ and it still looked crappy. after a lot of time(wasted) trying to make it look fine, it all erm creased after a couple of hours. But then, I hate powder foundations with a passion. I, however was really looking forward to the blushes. I got Girl's Day,which I don't really intend to wear due to its gazzillion golden glitter flecks. but it did make me want to try more blushes, mainly the pressed ones, and matte ones.

Sunlight concealer looked way to bright at first but with just a tad of it and great blending it did give me that I'm not tired! look.

I didn't post any swatches, cause it wouldn't be fun if I did anyway as I got this crappy hp photo smart camera. I'm surprised how these pictures are just 80% blurry!

Oh and a minny log; I landed a summer job since uni's over and it's taking quite a lot of my time and energy,I'll be making some more vids till I get settled!

Haul!!

I finally managed to get Honeymoon l/s from the moonbathe collection, and I also got Hot Tahiti which is perm. I was reluctant to try out hothouse, but it turns out to be great.
I've read a lot of reviews claiming that shadesticks are difficult to blend and somewhat dry on the lid. I got my first one ever and it isn't so bad. By rubbing it, it gets easier to apply, and it's really pigmented. I've already ordered another.

I wasn't gonna get anything from neo sci fi, but since I don't have any bronzers yet I got refined golden, and expensive pink as well. I'd so love to have evening aura and scifidelity or grapefruit. The packing is far better than its captured in pictures.

The best bit of the bunch, the 182! the best brush ever, blends amazingly and is way too soft!

Haul!!

I haven't tried most of them yet, I'll post swatches when I'll do.
I've order some more stuff which should arrive next week and I'll be ordering even more :D
I just can't stop buying lippies.
According to MAC's descriptions;
Blankety (Amplified Creme) is a : Vaguely vacant soft pink beige
Sandy b (Frost) is a : A light shell pink
Fabby (Frost) is a: Mid-tone mauve with gold pearl (it doesn't really look as purple as in the picture)

I needed carbon, and already have satin taupe, so I had to pick this instead of the smoking eyes quad.

And I finally got the gold horsebit Gucci shades :D

Juicy Tubes

I was always keen to try out juicy tubes but after reading numerous of reviews claiming that the Juicy Tubes are sheer I was kinda reluctant to purchase one. However, I finally decided I should and picked out the L.E. Orange Barbade. The packing is uber cute and its very easy to apply. When first applied it feels grainy in texture but after a while it feels quite moisturizing and not as sticky as MAC. It makes me want to try other colours and the other juicy ranges. This is how it looks on semi pigmented lips with no base on.(I'm NC25)

Hair Service! and Haul

I've been dying my hair for the past five years and I'v tried countless products to prevent it from getting dry. Salon treatmnets alone are not enough to regenerate moisture; care must be taken through each wash. Finally I've found some products which are really making my hair less frizzy, giving it that silky feel and in turn make it easier to manage. Until a couple of weeks ago I used to followng products in the pic.

Umberto Giannini shampoo, which works wonders. Injection of moisture can be felt immediatly after the first wash, however the more I used this product, the less it seemed to moisturize my hair.

Andrew Collinge Conditoner.
It is moisturinzing, but not enough to make mu hair silky. Nonetheless, the packing is great, it has a little pump, and it hence it lasts ages.

L'oreal studio fix straightening cream. This is supposed to be used before any heat tools are used. The actual cream makes my hair feels greasy, and being that I have long hair, even when I apply a small amount, it feels to weigh my hair down.

Tresemme hair spray; This brand works wonders. It's not expensive and works great. I don't use the hair spray much cause I hate the effects of hairspray in general, but when I did use this, the hold was perfect.

Tresemme Salon silk serum. This just aids in taming frizz, and can be used before using heating tools or even after for the finishing touch. I've used this for months it still is almost full. It has a pump and only a very tiny amount is to be used. Two pumps of this product makes my hair ultra greasy.

HAUL
I picked out a Tresemme moisturizing shampoo. The packing quite sucks as its way to big and heavy to hold with one hand while shampooing. However, considering the size for its price its worth it. And it does work wonders! Together with moisture treatment( the white jar in pic), my hair has got back to feel silky. I use the treatment instead of the conditioner as suggested. For even though it is a moisture treatment it works like a conditioner(3 mins injection boost) and can be used after every wash as no harm will be done. Moreover, I was keen on trying a liquid version of heat protecting product. I picked out the Andrew Collinge Heat defence and am already thorugh half the bottle. It works fine, feels light on my hair, packing is great as it fits the hand perfectly and does its job well(else trough heating tools, the hair would become frizzy).

I also got a curling mousse which I barely use, another nail polish remover, a cheapie one which works. I've tried so many removers which all turned out crappy. The cheap stuff that comes in glass jars are the only ones which seem to work fine.

I also got a pair of fake lashes, which have glitter in them which I ain't really fond of, but I'll see if I can work with fake stuff.
I also got a new mascara. I loathed the Diorshow mascara's clumpiness, and I was either going a Helena Rubenstein one or the Lancome Hypnose. After exmaing their wands I picked out the HR one. Feline lash (See pic)was out of stock so I got the most
similar one, the Lash Queen. Feline lash's wand is thicker and a tad longer than the Lash Queen. However, Lash Queen's wand is great. Being dense it gives volume and it does not clump and the mascara actually feels light.

haul!!!! :D

I'm still ecstatic!!! Last weekend we got to travel to the nearest MAC counter, one located in Sicily. It was such an amazing experience, the MA's were super nice, they were really helpful and gave me free stuff.

The haul without the cute boxes

Some freebies, an MA also gave me a free lippie and her own Elle magazine haha
I got these last week and forgot to post them.
